Agreement

These Terms govern your use of ChatterBerry, a service operated by EO VENTURES LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ChatterBerry.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use ChatterBerry.

AI-generated conversations

ChatterBerry uses artificial intelligence. You are interacting with an AI practice partner, not a human teacher. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. ChatterBerry is not a substitute for professional instruction, certified translation, medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or emergency services.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. You may stop using ChatterBerry or delete your account at any time.

Subscriptions

Paid plans may be offered as auto-renewing in-app subscriptions. Prices, included usage, billing period, and trial terms are displayed before purchase. App-store subscriptions renew unless canceled through the applicable store account settings. Store billing and refund rules also apply.

Acceptable use

Use ChatterBerry only for lawful purposes. Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, evade limits, misuse another person’s account, or submit unlawful or harmful content.

Your content

You retain rights in information you provide. You grant EO VENTURES LLC a limited license to process that information as needed to operate, secure, personalize, and improve ChatterBerry in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

ChatterBerry, Berry, the service design, software, graphics, and related materials are owned by EO VENTURES LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Availability and termination

Features and availability may change. We may suspend access to protect users or the service, comply with law, or address violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee learning outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EO VENTURES LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for ChatterBerry during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
