What to include
Tell us which device and operating system you use, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and any troubleshooting steps you already tried. If the issue concerns an account, email us from the address associated with it when possible.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions purchased through an app store are managed through that store’s account settings. The store’s billing and refund policies apply. We can help identify the correct next step but cannot access your store password or payment method.
Privacy and account deletion
For privacy requests, email privacy@chatterberry.app. To delete an account, see Delete Account.
